How I got started on this path
I never set out to become a recruiter — I started in research, but quickly found myself drawn to the challenge of finding the right people for the right roles. Over two decades later, I’ve specialised exclusively in senior HR recruitment, building a national network and a reputation for never giving up, even on the most difficult searches.
Along the way, I’ve worked with organisations of every size — from global corporates to founder-led SMEs — and completed over 500 senior HR hires across the UK and internationally. I’ve seen first-hand how the right leader can transform not only a team, but an entire business.
I choose to work differently. I personally lead every assignment, taking on only a select number at a time so I can give each one my full attention. Every search is tailored, every process transparent, and every placement focused on long-term success. This isn’t about ticking boxes — it’s about finding the person who will truly make an impact.
Away from the office, I enjoy staying active—whether on the padel court, in the yoga studio, or walking the dogs.

Linda’s early career gave her the opportunity to hold a number of senior management positions with FTSE 100 organisations. 2003 her passion for HR recruitment evolved and hasn’t stopped since.
Since then she has developed a reputation for being one of the best connected HR recruiters North of Watford (although she’s equally comfortable managing searches elsewhere in the world)!
